Celebrity Street Style of the Week: Kate Bosworth, Jessica Alba, & Julianne Hough

Every week, I scour the web to find inspiring outfits on your favorite celebs and help you recreate their looks! This week, I was inspired by Kate Bosworth, Jessica Alba, and Julianne Hough. Read on to see how you can get their looks for yourself.

Look 1: Kate Bosworth’s Summer Style

Kate Bosworth was spotted out and about in a printed tank dress, gold studded black ankle boots, aviator sunglasses, and a crossbody bag. Kate’s dress has a bit of a boho vibe that is perfect for a hot summer day, and her booties make a total statement (more so than just a pair of flip flops or sandals!).

Studded booties are an eye-catching addition to this outfit, and these Forever 21 ankle boots do a great job of imitating Kate’s. A light, printed tank dress in a flowy shape is perfect for summer and gives the look a bit of a boho flair.
As for accessories, feel free to pile on eclectic bracelets and rings, along with a tan studded crossbody bag and aviator sunglasses for a sunny day. For night, ditch the shades and try adding a military jacket over top.

Look 2: Jessica Alba’s Relaxed Chic

Jessica Alba stepped out this week in a colorful printed blazer, a black t-shirt, boyfriend jeans, a studded belt, and cap-toe stilettos.
Jessica’s look is the ideal mix of chic (the structured blazer and sharp shoes) and relaxed (the loose-fitting jeans and t-shirt). Jessica’s ensemble also features pieces that are modern takes on classics: a timeless blazer is transformed with a bright, bold print, while her classic heels have a cool silver metallic cap-toe.

Jessica’s outfit starts off super comfy and relaxed, with a simple black t-shirt and some loose-fitting boyfriend jeans. A brightly-colored, printed blazer adds a dressed-up, structured vibe to the look, as do some black flats with a fun glitter cap-toe. I chose flats for a more functional option, but of course heels like Jessica’s look amazing with the outfit, too.
Since the blazer is so bold, don’t over-accessorize! Instead, opt for some cool, oversize sunglasses and a black and silver studded belt similar to Jessica’s.

Look 3: Julianne Hough’s Mixed Material Jacket

Julianne Hough looked super cute while out in Hollywood this past week in a black romper, an army jacket with leather sleeves, a structured bag, and black heels.
Julianne’s outfit can go from day to night, since a black romper is a versatile piece that can be styled a ton of different ways. Julianne’s standout piece, though, is her mixed material jacket – it’s a trend that popped up last season and is still going strong. I love the mix of materials, plus it’s a great addition to the romper.

Outfit Inspired by Julianne

This studded military jacket with PU sleeves is similar to Julianne’s and is a stylish piece that will easily transition into fall. A black romper can be worn a multitude of different ways – I like this one’s eye-catching neckline, especially paired with the tougher jacket.
A classic, feminine bag – like this quilted faux leather satchel with black trim – makes for a chic contrast to the jacket, plus it adds a girly touch to the outfit. For footwear, you can go with heels like Julianne for a night out or try some flat sandals – this particular pair has a gold metal plate, which dresses them up.
